Takedown Policy

AION Ltd (“AION”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is AION’s policy to respond to clear and valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on the AION Platform infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice containing the following information:

  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the specific content on our Platform that you claim is infringing (including URLs or other location information).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

    • 2. Counter-Notice

    If you believe that content you uploaded was wrongly removed due to a mistaken or misidentified DMCA notice, you may send us a counter-notice containing the following information:

  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • Identification of the content that has been removed and its original location.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in England & Wales, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

    • 3. Repeat Infringers

    It is AION’s policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. AION defines “repeat infringement” as three or more valid infringement notices within a 12-month period.

    4. Important Notes

  • Submitting false or misleading notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability.
  • AION reserves the right to remove content without notice if it appears to infringe intellectual property rights, whether or not a formal DMCA notice is received.
  • This Policy does not limit AION’s rights under the law or our Terms of Service.
