Content & Community Guidelines

AION is a creative platform where people around the world share AI-driven stories, art, and media. We want to foster innovation, collaboration, and respect. These Guidelines explain what is expected of you when you use AION. They form part of our Terms of Service, so please read them carefully. If you break these rules, we may remove content, suspend your account, or permanently ban you.

1. General Principles

  • Be respectful: treat others as you’d want to be treated.
  • Be responsible: ensure your content complies with law and these Guidelines.
  • Be creative: push the boundaries of AI-driven media, but do it safely.

    • 2. Prohibited Content

    You may not post, share, or promote content that:

  • Breaks the law: includes terrorism, incitement to violence, exploitation, human trafficking, or other unlawful activity.
  • Sexually exploits children or minors: absolutely prohibited. This includes AI-generated imagery.
  • Depicts extreme violence or gore: intended to shock, glorify violence, or promote harm.
  • Contains hate speech: attacks people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics.
  • Promotes self-harm or suicide: glorifying or encouraging unsafe behaviour. Spreads harmful misinformation: false content likely to cause real-world harm (e.g., health, safety, election integrity).
  • Violates intellectual property rights: copyright infringement, trademark misuse, impersonation of brands.
  • Involves scams, spam, or fraud: misleading schemes, pyramid models, fake giveaways.

    • 3. AI-Generated Content Rules

    AI is at the heart of AION. To ensure safety and trust:

  • Disclose significant AI generation: If your work is primarily AI-generated, you must tag or indicate it as such.
  • No non-consensual deepfakes: You may not use AI to impersonate private individuals without their permission.
  • No synthetic child exploitation material: Strictly prohibited, regardless of intent.
  • Creative freedom: We welcome experimental and artistic AI media, provided it complies with law and these Guidelines.

    • 4. User Conduct

  • Do not harass, stalk, bully, or abuse other users.
  • Do not impersonate others (unless clearly parody/satire and compliant with law).
  • Do not publish private information (“doxxing”) without consent.
  • Do not attempt to bypass moderation, takedown processes, or security systems.

    • 5. Advertising, Sponsorship & Commercial Content

  • All advertising and sponsorship on AION must be approved in writing by us.
  • Commercial promotions without approval may be removed.
  • Content that promotes restricted industries (alcohol, gambling, adult entertainment, weapons) may be subject to stricter review or rejection.

    • 6. Enforcement

    If you violate these Guidelines:

  • For minor issues: you may receive up to two warnings.
  • For serious or repeat issues: your content may be removed and your account suspended or permanently banned.
  • Three infringements in 12 months = permanent termination.

    • 7. Reporting

    If you see content that violates these Guidelines:

  • Use the in-platform “Report” feature (where available).
  • Or email us at report@aionplatform.com.

    • We will review valid reports within 7 days.

    8. Appeals

    If your content is removed, you may submit an appeal within 30 days. If your appeal is successful, we may reinstate the content.

    9. Updates

    We may update these Guidelines from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Platform. Summary AION is a home for innovation and storytelling. Respect the law, respect others, respect the community. If you keep those principles in mind, you will thrive here.
